এই ওয়েবসাইটে আপনার তথ্য দেওয়ার জায়গা দুটি, অ্যাপয়েন্টমেন্টের ফর্ম আর মতামতের ফর্ম। এর বাইরে আপনার কোনো তথ্য এখানে নেওয়া হয় না।

কোন তথ্য নেওয়া হয়

অ্যাপয়েন্টমেন্টের অনুরোধ পাঠালে জমা হয় আপনার নাম, মোবাইল নম্বর, কোন চেম্বারে দেখাতে চান, পছন্দের তারিখ, আর আপনি কিছু লিখে জানালে সেটুকু।

মতামত পাঠালে জমা হয় আপনার নাম, এলাকা, রেটিং আর আপনার লেখা। এলাকা না দিলেও চলে।

দুই ক্ষেত্রেই সার্ভার আপনার ইন্টারনেট ঠিকানা আর সময়টা রেখে দেয়। এটা রাখার কারণ একটাই, একই জায়গা থেকে বারবার ভুয়া ফর্ম পাঠানো ঠেকানো।

সেই তথ্য দিয়ে কী করা হয়

অ্যাপয়েন্টমেন্টের তথ্য লাগে চেম্বার থেকে আপনাকে ফোন করে সময় ঠিক করার জন্য। এর বাইরে ওটা কোথাও ব্যবহার হয় না।

মতামত পড়ে দেখার পর প্রকাশ করা হয়। আপনার লেখা নিজে থেকে সাইটে উঠে যায় না। আপনার মোবাইল নম্বর বা ইন্টারনেট ঠিকানা কখনো সাইটে দেখানো হয় না।

যা করা হয় না

আপনার তথ্য কারো কাছে বিক্রি করা হয় না, কাউকে দেওয়াও হয় না। বিজ্ঞাপনের কাজে লাগানো হয় না। এই সাইটে গুগল অ্যানালিটিক্স, ফেসবুক পিক্সেল বা এ ধরনের কোনো ট্র্যাকিং কোড বসানো নেই।

রোগীর কাগজপত্র, এক্স-রে বা পরীক্ষার রিপোর্ট এই ওয়েবসাইটে রাখা হয় না। ওসব চেম্বারেই থাকে।

আপনার ব্রাউজারে যা জমা থাকে

বিজ্ঞাপনের কুকি এখানে নেই। আপনার ব্রাউজার দুটি জিনিস মনে রাখে, আপনি বাংলা না ইংরেজি পড়তে চান আর হোম পেজের শব্দ চালু রাখবেন কিনা। এ দুটি আপনার নিজের ব্রাউজারেই থেকে যায়।

ম্যাপ আর ভিডিও

চেম্বারের ম্যাপ আসে গুগল থেকে, ভিডিও আসে ফেসবুক বা ইউটিউব থেকে। আপনি চাপ না দেওয়া পর্যন্ত এগুলোর কোনোটাই লোড হয় না। চাপ দিলে ওই প্রতিষ্ঠানগুলো তাদের নিজেদের নিয়ম অনুযায়ী কিছু তথ্য পায়, যার উপর এই সাইটের হাত নেই।

তথ্য কতদিন থাকে

অ্যাপয়েন্টমেন্টের অনুরোধ চেম্বারের কাজে যতদিন দরকার ততদিন রাখা হয়। প্রকাশিত মতামত যতদিন সাইটে থাকে ততদিন।

আপনার তথ্য সরাতে চাইলে

চেম্বারের নম্বরে ফোন করে বলুন। আপনার পাঠানো মতামত সরাতে চাইলে সরিয়ে দেওয়া হবে।

There are two places on this site where you hand over anything: the appointment form and the review form. Nothing else about you is collected here.

What is collected

An appointment request stores your name, mobile number, which chamber you want, your preferred date, and anything you write in the note.

A review stores your name, area, rating and what you wrote. The area is optional.

In both cases the server also keeps the internet address you sent it from, and the time. That is there for one reason, to stop the same source sending the form over and over.

What it is used for

The appointment details are used to call you back and settle a time. They are not used for anything else.

Reviews are read before they go up. What you write does not appear on the site by itself. Your mobile number and your internet address are never shown on the site.

What is not done

Your details are not sold and not passed to anyone. They are not used for advertising. This site carries no Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel and no tracking code of any kind.

Patient papers, X rays and test reports are not kept on this website. Those stay at the chamber.

What your browser stores

There are no advertising cookies here. Your browser remembers two things, whether you read in Bangla or English, and whether the sound on the home page is on. Both stay in your own browser.

Maps and videos

The chamber maps come from Google and the videos come from Facebook or YouTube. None of them load until you press them. Once you do, those companies receive some information under their own rules, which this site does not control.

How long things are kept

Appointment requests are kept as long as the chamber needs them. Published reviews stay while they are on the site.

Removing your details

Call the chamber and say so. If you want a review of yours taken down, it will be taken down.

If this policy changes

Any change will be written on this page.
