এই সাইট পড়ে চিকিৎসা শুরু করবেন না

এখানকার লেখা সাধারণ তথ্য। একই উপসর্গের পেছনে একেক রোগীর একেক কারণ থাকে, আর না দেখে সেটা বলা যায় না। এই সাইট পড়ে নিজে থেকে ওষুধ শুরু করবেন না, আর চলতি কোনো ওষুধ বন্ধ করবেন না।

সাইট পড়লে বা ফর্ম পাঠালে ডাক্তার ও রোগীর সম্পর্ক তৈরি হয় না। সেটা শুরু হয় চেম্বারে দেখানোর পর।

জরুরি অবস্থায়

শ্বাস নিতে খুব কষ্ট হলে, কাশির সাথে বেশি রক্ত গেলে, বুকে তীব্র ব্যথা হলে বা রোগী অজ্ঞান হয়ে পড়লে এই সাইটে সময় নষ্ট করবেন না। কাছের হাসপাতালের জরুরি বিভাগে নিয়ে যান।

অ্যাপয়েন্টমেন্টের অনুরোধ

ফর্ম পূরণ করলেই সিরিয়াল পাকা হয় না। ওটা একটা অনুরোধ। চেম্বার থেকে ফোন করে সময় জানানোর পর সেটা নিশ্চিত হয়। তাড়া থাকলে সরাসরি চেম্বারের নম্বরে ফোন করাই ভালো।

চেম্বারের সময়, ঠিকানা ও নম্বর ঠিক রাখার চেষ্টা করা হয়। তবু হাসপাতাল হঠাৎ সময় বদলাতে পারে। রওনা দেওয়ার আগে একবার ফোন করে নিশ্চিত হয়ে নিন।

If breathing is very difficult, if there is a lot of blood in the cough, if there is severe chest pain, or if the patient has lost consciousness, do not spend time on this site. Go to the emergency department of the nearest hospital.

Appointment requests

Filling in the form does not secure a serial. It is a request. It is settled when the chamber calls you back with a time. If it is urgent, ring the chamber number directly.
